At this time of year, Chobe National Park is a perfect safari choice as it's drier than many other of the surrounding areas. Spend your days discovering the famous herds of elephant and buffalo and other fantastic wildlife that feed by the glistening river in Chobe National Park. Get involved with game activities across the floodplains, or take a river cruise and let the kids get a closer look of animals such as hippos and crocodiles.

Today, you will be met by your guide and brought in an especially equipped 4x4 vehicle on safari around Chobe National Park. You'll have the opportunity to see an abundance of wildlife and in particular the huge herds of elephants for which the park is well known. There are estimated to be more than 120 000 elephants in the park, representing the largest surviving elephant population in the world.
